Our Company

Complete Service Solutions, LLC was established in 2017, by Israel Rodriguez, Jr. and Rosie Rodriguez in an effort to provide professional HVAC services without compromising customer service and affordability.

Our mission is to provide commercial and residential customers with not only their heating and air conditioning needs, but also troubleshoot issues outside of the scope of HVAC.  We work with other industry experts to provide each customer with a complete service by offering solutions to their problems.

Israel Rodríguez, Jr.

I am the co-owner and co-founder of Complete Service Solutions.  I hold a Class A - Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor License.  I have 18 years of HVAC experience.  My experience in the industry includes, but is not limited to, trouble shooting, installing, and servicing all makes and tonnages of chillers, boilers and process systems.  I also have experience working on a multitude of DX systems such as split systems package units.  I have expertise in water treatment and vast knowledge of pneumatic controls, building controls and automation.  I am trained in CenTraVac Mechanical Service, Pneumatic Transmissions- Single and Dual Input, Pneumatic Controls, Steam Systems Applications, Variable Air Volume, Vibration Analysis 1, Variable Frequency Drives, Repair, Installs and Startup, in Yaskawa and ABB, Safety and Handling of R-410A just to name a few.
